Newsletter signup: your name and email address.
We don't knowingly ask for sensitive personal data (e.g. health, financial, or government ID information) through these forms — please don't include this in any message you send us.

Directly from you, when you voluntarily submit a form on this website.

To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you.
To discuss, prepare, and deliver our services if we do business together.
To send our newsletter, only once you've actively opted in, and only until you unsubscribe.
We don't use contact form submissions for marketing unless you separately opt in.

By submitting a form on this website, you consent to us collecting and using your personal data as described in this notice. Where we rely on consent (for example, the newsletter), you can withdraw it at any time — see "Your Rights" below.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
Trusted service providers who help us run this website and business — for example, our website host (Squarespace) and email provider (Gmail).
Anyone we're required to share it with by law.
Where your data is stored
Some of the tools we use may store or process data outside Singapore or Australia (for example, if a hosting or email provider's servers are based overseas). We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely wherever it's processed.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Enquiry details are generally kept for 12 months unless a client relationship begins, in which case they're retained per standard business record-keeping requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Withdraw consent at any time — including unsubscribing from the newsletter via the link in every email.
Ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.
